We Are Ohio, aired it's fourth television ad - called "Nurse". The Ad highlights Ohio Nurses Association member, Shawna Turner, who shows how Senate Bill 5, now known as Issue 2, is unsafe and unfair to nurses. "Senate Bill 5 makes it illegal for nurses and other safety personnel to negotiate for safe staffing levels," said Ms. Turner.

Melissa Fazekas, spokeswoman for We Are Ohio said "Ohioans agree that these workers' voices should be heard, but SB 5 silences them ... Nurses provide vital care to your loved ones during a health emergency, which is why we should protect their rights and voices. Unfortunately, SB 5 will make it harder for nurses to perform their critical jobs while putting our safety at risk. We can stop SB 5 by voting NO on Issue 2 in November."
